3.2 Account Suspension or Closure
nagad88 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Misuse of bonuses or attempting to gain an unfair advantage in the system.
If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure and no violation of the Terms applies, the opportunity to withdraw those funds will be provided.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at nagad88 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank). Deposits may only be made from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Deposits made using a third party's account may be cancelled.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests are processed using the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer. Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

- Funds received from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

- If misuse of a bonus is proven, the account may be suspended and any bonus earned may be forfeited.
5.3 VIP Program Terms
The nagad88 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. Cashback is credited directly to the account balance and may be withdrawn without completing any wagering requirement. VIP tier changes depend on consistent regular play.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
Every bet placed at nagad88 is considered final once confirmed. nagad88 reserves the right to make decisions regarding bets placed incorrectly due to a technical error and may cancel such bets if necessary.
6.2 Event Cancellation and Result Determination
If a match or event is cancelled, incomplete, or postponed, nagad88 will make a decision on the relevant bet in accordance with applicable rules. In such cases, the original stake amount is generally refunded. For cricket matches, the official results of the governing body — including BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup — shall be considered final.
6.3 Suspicious Betting Activity
If evidence of cheating, match fixing, or gaining an unfair advantage through unethical means is found, the relevant account and all funds earned from those bets will be forfeited. nagad88 reserves the right to share information about such activity with the relevant authorities.
